EXHIBITION: WHITE HOUSE AT WAR at the WHITE HOUSE VISITOR CENTER WASHINGTON DC Client: White House Historical Association Completed: 2005 This exhibit documents the White House transformed by World War II. Large exhibit panels employ reproductions of historic photographs and documents along with a written narrative to give the visitor a feel of what the White House was like during that period in our history. A panel also describes eight of our presidents and their personal evolvement with the war. The exhibit incorporates banners that reproduce imagery from World War II posters. back
