MUSEUM SHOP: MISSISSIPPI MUSEUM OF ART JACKSON, MISSISSIPPI Client: Mississippi Museum of Art Size: 1250 sq.ft. Opening: Spring 2007 This new museum retail space was designed as a key feature of a museum building under renovation. The space of the shop is defined by free standing wall elements with fixed glass panels and glass doors that can be opened to encourage circulation. The shop space is set off at a slight angle to create a welcoming space for an adjacent exhibit of Pre-Columbian artifacts. back
