Completed: 2005 The architectural detailing of this ten room apartment is derived from a neoclassical villa near the Italian city of Lucca. The column and trim details are intentionally simplified to create a forthright elegance. Ductwork and sprinkler piping were hidden in architectural details and behind thickened walls to allow the ceiling heights to extend to the floor slab above. back
